Plenty of holidays and PTO here, which I won’t complain about. The work itself can be genuinely interesting, especially if you land on a newer team with modern tech. But the return to office rollout was handled terribly. I never worked onsite before and suddenly it was treated like I was doing something wrong. That shift alone changed how I felt about the job.
