Kinda in meetings, the answers didn’t line up. the handoffs situation feels unclear from where I sit. It’s hard to plan life outside work when things keep changing at the last minute. I don’t mind hard work; I mind confusion and rework. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. It feels like different teams are operating off different assumptions. Has anyone found a good way to bring up handoffs in a 1:1 without it turning into a defensive conversation?
