Tbh lately, I got mixed signals. people keep asking about skill building but nobody seems to own answers. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. I’m not trying to start drama; I just want a clear plan and fewer surprises. It’s hard to plan life outside work when things keep changing at the last minute. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. Has anyone had luck asking “what should I stop doing” when skill building creates new work
