I’m posting because one teammate was approved for remote flexibility while another with similar circumstances was denied.. The part bugging me is the remote flexibility piece, because everyone keeps acting like similar circumstances is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
