An engineer on classified work feels their promotion case was judged by people who could not see the actual deliverables. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on classified deliverables instead of everyone acting like review board is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation? I know there are reasons these things move slowly, but the part bugging me is how little anyone will say once the queue stops moving.
