Review text says I exceeded on the Azure incident ownership, including the sev writeup and two customer follow-ups. Final rating landed at meets expectations, and the explanation was that calibration wanted “more sustained influence.” I’m not shocked, but I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with a review that praises the exact thing the rating discounts. Is this just normal wording games now?
