I'd prefer to stay with the firm, especially since my 401(k) would vest in June. One more question: Has anyone successfully negotiated having their annual bonus included in their severance package? After putting in 10 months of hard work toward this year's goals, it feels incredibly unfair to walk away with nothing so close to year-end.
