Comp is fine, raises are steady, bonuses are decent when you actually get them. Tech stack is solid too. But leadership feels stuck in old thinking. Forcing a 4 day return to office after letting people work remote for years is wild. And they don’t even explain it properly. Layoffs on top of that just ki^ls morale.
