Yesterday at the store in Houston, I had a shift from 8:30 to 7:30. I was all alone for hours, and by the end, I had 30 customers waiting. Zero backup during rushes really stressed me out. It's just me handling everything while management expects us to keep up with LSA. There was no time even to grab a quick bite or use the bathroom.
