We are behind on pickup orders and now hourly fulfillment is training seasonal contractors on Sterling again. They are nice people, but the timing is wild because the same associates teaching them are also getting asked why curbside is late. If contractors are part of the spring plan, somebody needs to build training time into the order queue instead of pretending it is free labor.
