I’m posting because an all-hands emphasized culture while the OP's team was handling another surprise weekend escalation.. The part bugging me is the all-hands culture line piece, because everyone keeps acting like weekend escalation is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
