Has anyone else noticed that SoFi 2.0, with Anthony Noto in charge, hasn’t really changed much? Sure, some perks exist, but the same leadership from before is still there. The “status quo” vibe is alive and kicking. There’s favoritism, lack of mentorship, and women especially have to fight twice as hard just to be treated like competent professionals. I love the idea of SoFi’s mission, but the culture is a constant headache.
