There are instances of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, especially in engineering. Women and minority employees are at the brunt of it. This toxic environment is not new, it’s been ongoing and management does little to correct it. You can have great colleagues, but the constant tension and fear of retaliation is exhausting. SoFi might be a great brand, but internally, it’s a nightmare for some.
