The people I work with at SoFi are brilliant and genuinely try to support one another. But the processes? Nonexistent. You’re constantly firefighting, projects never end, and there’s a state of emergency almost every day. Great teams can’t shine when the system is so broken. It’s demoralizing to see talent wasted because leadership hasn’t put the right structures in place.
