I’ll say this upfront, job security at Coca-Cola is real. It’s surprisingly hard to get fired unless you really mess up. Benefits are decent and HR tends to protect employees more than managers. But that stability comes at a cost. Pay is low, promotions are slow, and the rewards for grinding it out feel insulting sometimes. You give years of effort and get a small raise and a pizza party. There’s also a weird double standard when it comes to rules, especially around who gets opportunities and who doesn’t. It feels like loyalty is valued more than actual performance.
