Branches across the board are understaffed. In my location, we regularly handle a workload that requires at least two more people on the floor. This isn't just an occasional crunch, it's every single shift. Our branch has fewer staff compared to others with much larger budgets, and it shows in everything we do. There's a sense of frustration that gets passed down to clients. I get it that budgets matter, but this doesn't seem like a sustainable way to run things.
