Coca-Cola pays steadily, I’ll give them that. But when you’re regularly pulling long days, the pay doesn’t match the workload. You’re expected to give everything physically and mentally, yet the compensation stays flat no matter how much extra you put in. Consistency is nice, but fair would be nicer.
