I am still proud of the product work. Customers use things we build, the engineers around me care, and even the messy parts can feel worth solving. But the combination of ancient tools, slow approvals, and lean staffing is making every useful thing feel twice as heavy. I do not want to become one of those people who only remembers the bad parts.
