Survivor’s guilt after layoffs is REAL.

Last week they laid off 14 people from my engineering team. I wasn’t cut, but I can’t shake this heavy feeling. I keep thinking, 'Why them and not me?' Every meeting feels weird now. Empty seats. Dead silence. No jokes. I miss my team.
