Honestly, teamwork at SoFi is a mixed bag. You have colleagues willing to help, but trying to get any real data or information can feel impossible. People leave, documentation is missing, and suddenly you’re swimming in extra work. On paper, the team seems collaborative, but in practice, you often feel like you’re on your own, just trying to survive the chaos created by poor leadership.
