A group is still absorbing a departed manager’s duties after leadership called the arrangement temporary. I am not asking for a miracle, just some signal on departed manager duties instead of everyone acting like temporary coverage is self-explanatory. Has anyone found a way to get an actual answer without turning it into a whole escalation?
