A coworker mentioned how management is often tied up in the back office for hours while we juggle DSR issues. That's when i realized our 3-day WFO rule is just creating more pressure on the rest of us. It feels like we're caught between the need for presence and the reality of remote flexibility, which just isn't aligning right now. It's not just about being at the office. The actual work still needs to get done, and more time in the office doesn't seem to help the service issues. I wonder if there's a better balance that could work for everyone
