In a recent FADP training session, the facilitator skimmed through critical topics in less than an hour. There was barely any chance for questions, and it felt like we were just ticking boxes instead of diving into real scenarios. This happened last week in Hopewell during the afternoon shift. I left the room feeling more confused than when I walked in. It's frustrating when you're expected to learn how to be an FA but the training doesn't reflect that need.
