I’m posting because a member-facing team heard an upbeat mission message while dealing with back-to-back escalated calls.. The part bugging me is the upbeat mission message piece, because everyone keeps acting like escalated calls is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
