A manager said our survey results were the worst they've ever seen. This was in a meeting with the program team in Leeds last week. Everyone sat there, just looking at each other. It felt like nobody cared about the response. Then one person spoke up about the recent WFH changes and how they'd driven a wedge between us. The manager shrugged and moved on.
