Coca-Cola doesn’t micromanage, which is nice, but that’s mostly because they barely train you. One day of videos and then you’re thrown into the field with someone who isn’t a trainer and doesn’t want to train you. The pay is okay, hours are there, but the lack of real onboarding makes the job way harder than it needs to be. For a company this big, the training process feels shockingly sloppy.
