I’m posting because another experienced operations employee resigned after months of extra weekend coverage.. The part bugging me is the experienced ops employee piece, because everyone keeps acting like weekend coverage is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
