Got the letter today and it is basically a coffee-machine hike after the April escalation. For four weeks I was on calls with the US client till midnight, moved two production fixes, and still got the same percentage as people who were not pulled into that mess. Manager said the client note was “visible” but the final number says it was visible from very far away.
