tiny raise after a strong rating — after an employee received strong written feedback but a raise below inflation during annual compensation. I keep getting told the raise is normal here, but the actual mess is strong feedback colliding with below inflation. Has anyone seen a clean answer on annual comp, or is everyone just guessing around it?
