I’m posting because the OP learned new hires in their queue were starting close to their pay after three years.. The part bugging me is the three years in queue piece, because everyone keeps acting like new hire starting pay is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
