Frustrated thought at the kitchenette, after hours, our distribution center chat went sidewasy after being asked to cancel time off, and now Im stuck on time off. My team is juggling a deck plus day-to-day work, and the guidance keeps shifting. I’m also thinking about internal mobility, but I don’t want to bail on my team.
