The manager dropped a list of ten tasks right before the end of my shift. We were supposed to just tackle them all without extra pay. This was in Calcutta, around 4 PM on a Tuesday. People were clearly frustrated as they realized what that meant for their evening plans. I just spent the rest of my shift juggling the priorities, knowing it was all on us.
