TOXIC IS PUTTING IT NICELY AT COCA COLA

Working at Coca Cola made me seriously rethink what “inclusion” even means in a corporate setting. On paper, everything sounds great. In reality, I saw people getting written up left and right without any real training beforehand. You’d walk in thinking today is just another shift, and leave wondering if you’re about to get pulled into the office over something nobody ever explained properly. Favoritism was wild too. Same mistakes, different outcomes depending on who you were cool with. Some people could mess up weekly and get a slap on the wrist, while others were treated like criminals over tiny stuff. There was zero sense of respect for workers, and no path to grow unless you fit a very specific mold. It just felt like a joke after a while.
