i’m seeing people seemed more tense than usual. there’s been more hallway chatter about cost of living. It’s hard to plan life outside work when things keep changing at the last minute. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. It feels like different teams are operating off different assumptions. Has anyone had luck asking “what should I stop doing” when cost of living creates new work.
