Tbh today, it became a bigger topic than I expected. the courses topic came up in two different conversations. My coworkers are solid, but uncertainty makes everyone a little jumpy. I’m fine with change when it’s explained, but this one felt like it landed without context. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. Has anyone had luck asking “what should I stop doing” when courses creates new work?
