Honestly in my group, it made me realize I’m more stressed than I thought. I keep hearing different takes on leave requests. It feels like different teams are operating off different assumptions. Newer folks look stressed, and I don’t blame them at all. It’s hard to plan life outside work when things keep changing at the last minute. Is there a polite way to ask for a written summary when leave requests keeps changing week to week?
