I don’t want to sound negative, but I have to say it: SoFi management often doesn’t care about the teams doing the work. You can have amazing teammates, great ideas, and still feel like nothing matters because management is busy patting themselves on the back. You bust your a^s doing OT, managers don’t touch anything, and your promotion? Forget it. It’s demoralizing. The perks are nice, but they don’t fix this.
