Pay was okay but the hours were brutal. Seven days a week, twelve hour days became normal. Management talked about vacation but actually getting approved felt impossible. Requests were denied constantly and feedback from employees was ignored. It felt pointless to ask for time off when nobody listened anyway. What’s the point of having PTO if you can never use it.
