vendors everywhere but FTEs get squeezed — after a tech team leaned on a large vendor group while full-time employees were expected to own production risk and weekend fixes. I keep getting told the vendor group is normal here, but the actual mess is FTE production risk colliding with weekend fixes. Has anyone seen a clean answer on tech ownership, or is everyone just guessing around it?
