we're expected to work 60-80 hours every week

A few weeks ago during a late-night call, a manager mentioned how everyone needs to push harder if we want to meet the upcoming deadlines. The call started at 8 PM and ran until nearly midnight. I remember thinking about how many of us were already burned out, yet here we were, discussing how to increase our output. I glanced at the clock and realized I'd already put in over 70 hours that week. It was a Wednesday. I tried to interject about the workload, but it felt pointless. This isn't just me, it's the whole team. Everyone's carrying the weight, trying to deliver while the expectations just keep rising. Working at CRWV feels like running a marathon with no finish line in sight. It's exhausting, and I can't shake the feeling that this isn't sustainable for anyone.
