I am trying to be fair about skip meetings, but the missed deadlines part is getting hard to ignore. The latest example was a department only gets skip-level meetings after missed deadlines and resignations, not while problems are still fixable.. Has anyone seen skip meetings actually get resolved without waiting another cycle?
