I’m posting because a small servicing-script change waited on legal, risk, product, operations, and communications signoff.. The part bugging me is the servicing script piece, because everyone keeps acting like legal signoff is normal background noise instead of the actual job now. Has anyone seen this get fixed without making a whole thing out of it?
