Honestly the only thing good was they didn’t miss a paycheck, but it’s not worth showing up for anyway. I worked there for almost 4 years. Management is complacent and malaise. HR is always looking for a reason to write someone up and then lord those write-ups over you. I would show up early, get done early, and still be told I wasn’t doing enough. The culture pushes you to comply and accept less than you deserve. Stop managing your golf games and bowling tournaments and actually manage your employees.
