International Operated Markets, which includes Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK, had 10,845 restaurants and was 89% franchised. The third segment, International Developmental Licensed Markets & Corporate, combines over 75 countries with corporate activities. It had 20,805 restaurants, was 99% franchised and holds the equity stakes in the China and Japan businesses. Headquarters are at 110 North Carpenter Street in Chicago.
