2% raise doesn’t even cover gas

Every year the same thing, “based on performance we’re giving you a 2% raise.” Cool, that’s like 40 bucks a month. Meanwhile, workload doubled cause people keep leaving. They won’t even let you go over the midpoint of your pay grade.
