I was talking to a coworker last week at Canfield about how we were promised some new tools for our work. We were told it would help us streamline our tasks and make everything easier. Fast forward to now, and nothing has changed. Instead, we're still dealing with the same old processes that slow everything down. I can't help but think about that recent settlement for the calls issue and how it all reflects on us.
