Farmers Insurance is a group of three policyholder-owned reciprocal insurers, the Farmers Exchanges, that wrote $29.6 billion in gross written premiums in 2025. They insure vehicles, homes and small businesses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Farmers Group, Inc., a Zurich Insurance Group subsidiary, provides their management services from a home office in Woodland Hills, California.
Premiums at the Farmers Exchanges reached $29.6 billion in 2025, up 4% from $28.4 billion in 2024. The three exchanges are Farmers Insurance Exchange, Fire Insurance Exchange and Truck Insurance Exchange. Their policyholders own them. Farmers Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries act as attorney-in-fact, handling administration and management for a fee. Customers buy through exclusive Farmers agencies, independent agents, the website and company call centers. The home office sits in Woodland Hills, a neighborhood of Los Angeles. On its About page, the company puts its US workforce at tens of thousands of employees.
Woodland Hills appears on 45 of the 101 H-1B labor condition applications (LCAs) that Farmers Group, Inc. submitted in calendar 2025. The other 56 filings were spread across 42 worksite cities, none with more than 3.
Warwick is on the list because Farmers named it on August 27, 2025, when it announced Direct Sales hiring in four cities. The other three were Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kansas City, Kansas and Phoenix, Arizona. The company said the push would add more than 100 employees across the four.

Lead System Architect has 4 filings, Senior System Architect 3 and Senior Domain Architect 2. Data science titles appear in three forms, with Associate Data Scientist at 3, Data Scientist at 2 and Senior Associate Data Scientist at 4. Application Subject Matter Expert also has 4. Scrum Master, Solution Engineer, Predictive Analyst and Associate Actuary FCAS have 2 each. The 2025 filings use 42 distinct titles, and 27 of them appear only once.
Zurich Insurance Group reports Farmers as one segment with three parts: Farmers Management Services, Farmers Re and Farmers Life. Business operating profit for the segment was $2,283 million in 2025, up 4% from $2,187 million in 2024. Management services earned $2,052 million of that and Farmers Re $238 million. Farmers Life lost $7 million. On the careers site, openings sit in eight job families, among them claims, customer service, IT, underwriting and product, and legal and compliance.
LCA filings under Farmers Group, Inc. grew from 77 in calendar 2023 to 84 in 2024 and 101 in 2025, a 31% rise over two years. Woodland Hills accounted for 48, 40 and 45 of them in turn.

A second, dated August 19, 2025, covered 63 employees in two Owensmouth Avenue buildings, effective October 20, 2025. FIG Leasing Co., Inc., a Farmers Group subsidiary, filed notices on October 31, 2024 for 56 employees in Torrance and 130 in Burbank.
