a strange encounter during my onboarding process

I was in a team meeting last week, trying to get up to speed on everything, and I heard someone say the word "HEART" without any context. No one explained it, and I felt so lost. I didn't want to ask because I didn't want to look out of place, so I just nodded along. It was frustrating to see that some people know the unwritten rules but I'm still figuring it all out. It felt like there's a whole layer of culture and language I need to decode. Later, I mentioned it to a coworker, and they laughed it off, saying it's just how things are. But it left me wondering how many of these little things I'll keep running into. I wish there was a clearer way to onboard new hires beyond just the basics. It's hard enough trying to find my footing with the pressure of HUBS and the expectations without this extra layer of confusion.
