Anybody else get grilled on leadership drama during Unity interviews

I swear half my interview was me being asked how I deal with messy orgs, siloed teams, and constant restructurings. Like... why is that part of the standard hiring convo? Felt like they were soft-baiting for whether I’d accept chaos as normal.
