Berlin engineer compared comfortable local pay with outside European offers. I’m trying to understand whether this is normal here or whether our team is getting the Spotify-flavored version of it. The small thing I’d check is whether Berlin pay appears in the written notes, because forum memory gets blurry once this leaves the immediate team.
